Black Lives Matter – Black Lives Matter Foundation, Inc is a global organization in the US, UK, and Canada, whose mission is to eradicate white supremacy and build local power to intervene in violence inflicted on Black communities by the state and vigilantes.

NAACP – The vision of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is to ensure a society in which all individuals have equal rights without discrimination based on race.

Black Alliance for Just Immigration – BAJI educates and engages African American and black immigrant communities to organize and advocate for racial, social and economic justice.

Color of Change – We design campaigns powerful enough to end practices that unfairly hold Black people back, and champion solutions that move us all forward. Until justice is real.

Black Voters Matter – We advocate for policies to expand voting rights/access, including expanded early voting, resisting voter ID, re-entry restoration of rights and strengthening the Voting Rights Act.  We also advocate for policies that intersect with race, gender, economic and other aspects of equity.

Showing Up for Racial Justice – SURJ’s role as part of a multi-racial movement is to undermine white support for white supremacy and to help build a racially just society.

Survived and Punished – Allied Media Projects (AMP) cultivates media for liberation. Our media includes all the ways we communicate with the world. Our liberation is an ongoing process of personal, collective, and systemic transformation. We are a network of people and projects, rooted in Detroit and connected to hundreds of other places across the globe. Together, we grow and exchange ways of using media to create the world we need.

Fund for Black Journalism – When Freedom’s Journal, our nation’s first Black newspaper, was founded in 1827, it proclaimed, “We choose to plead our own cause. For too long have others spoken for us.”
